We are currently trialing an AI note taker called Heidi to write patients clinical notes. This means less time typing and more time focusing on you. When this is used, you will be asked at the start of the consultation if you consent to the use of the AI note taker.
If you would prefer not to have Heidi in the room, just let the clinician know. Thank you.
